PLANNING FEE AGREEMENT


This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) together with the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) at https://www.debrasdetailsdesigns.com/terms-conditions are: BETWEEN: Events by Debra's Details & Designs (“Agency,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) AND: You (“you” or “your”) (each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”).

This Agreement becomes effective upon: (1) your written, digital, or electronic signature; (2) your delivery of payment authorization to us; or (3) your payment of Planning Fees. This Agreement will terminate upon completion of your trip or until terminated earlier in writing by you or us.

CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING
We provide custom travel planning covering all land arrangements and logistics (lodging, rail, transfers, and scheduled activities), which may include the following components: (1) our initial consultation with you; (2) our research regarding options, variations, and pricing; (3) our development of a written proposal; (4) our preparation and finalization of your customized itinerary, in collaboration with you; (5) our bookings on your behalf; and (6) our support during your travel. If you require services not set out in this Agreement, we are glad to discuss options tailored to your needs.

GENERAL TERMS
Our custom travel planning fees (“Planning Fees”) are based on the complexity of your trip. Planning Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, separate from, and in addition to the cost of your travel.

PLANNING FEE SCHEDULE

Planning Fees, which are to be paid in advance of services rendered for single travelers and family units up to 5 people, start at $50.

Proposals for multiple destinations are subject to additional fees of $50 per location. Last-minute bookings are subject to an additional fee of $25 for trip requests made: (1) less than 30 days prior to travel; or (2) less than 90 days prior to travel if travel is during a U.S. national holiday.

HOTELS

We have access to some of the world’s most distinguished premium properties. Our amenity program may include VIP privileges enabling us to craft memorable and authentic experiences.


When you book with us, we seek to upgrade your bookings when possible. Though we cannot guarantee upgrades are available, upgrades may include the following benefits, which may not be available through direct or online bookings: (1) complimentary breakfast for two; (2) resort, food & beverage, or spa credits (valued at up to $100 per stay); (3) upgrade on arrival, subject to availability; and (4) early check-in/check-out, subject to availability.
If your hotel is not a preferred partner, we may not be able secure additional benefits.

HOTEL-ONLY BOOKINGS
Single travelers and family units up to 5 people Planning Fees are as follows:

  • $50 with location, dates, and preferred partner amenities specified.

  • $25 additional fee per trip if your request involves more than 5 hotels.

  • $25 additional fee if you request any hotel booking less than 30 days prior to departure.

ROOM BLOCKS
Reserving a room block allows you to secure hotel rooms at discounted room rates. Planning Fees to establish one or more blocks are as follows:

  • $50 per request of up to 5 hotels with location, dates, and preferred partner amenities specified.

  • $25 additional fee per request if involves more than 5 hotels.

  • $25 additional fee if you request any room block less than 30 days prior to check-in date.


ISLAND TOURS AND EXCURSIONS
We curate tours and excursions that are unforgettable pathways to genuine local experiences for you and your companions. Planning Fees are as follows:

  • $50 per tour or excursion request for each individual or family unit up to 5 people.

  • $25 additional fee for each request exceeding 3 tour or excursion recommendations.

  • $25 additional fee if you request a tour or excursion booking less than 30 days prior to departure.

AIRLINES

  • $50 per trip for each airline ticket (international and domestic flights).

  • $50 for each travel award ticket.

  • $25 additional fee if you request an airline ticket less than 30 days before departure.


OCEAN AND RIVER CRUISES
Single travelers and family units up to 5 people Planning Fees are as follows:

  • $50 when you specify a specific ship and sail date for up to 2 cruises.

  • $100 per trip if your request requires our research of 3 to 5 cruises.

THE UNDERSIGNED ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ABOVE.

I agree to the terms and conditions of this contract. I agree and understand that all electronic signatures and/or submissions via lead forms are the legal equivalent of my manual/handwritten signature and I consent to be legally bound to this agreement.
